If you read the title of this post, you know Texture Pack Support is coming in Tu12. And also, the location for Minecon 2013, has been announced.
Since, this was announced, we don't know, exactly what texture packs, we will have in TU12. For Example, we don't know if Dokucraft will be a Texture Pack in the next update.
Anyways, Minecon has been announced, along with the location. The location is, Orlando Florida. And, the date, is November 2-3. But, if you guys wanna watch the official announce of it, from notch, here is a video.
That is right, if you read the title, you know that Minecraft is coming to the Xbox One. And is also being worked on by 4jStudios! Sadly, I won't be getting an Xbox One, because its just a waste of money in my opinion. But, I will be getting a PS4! :)
Now before you say, that I am a Sony Fanboy, your totally wrong. I have both an Xbox 360, and a PS3. I ain't gonna lie, I play my Xbox a lot more than my PS3.

Now, I wanted to update you guys on what's going on with 4jStudios and Minecraft:XBLA. Currently, 4Jstudios is working on TU12, or Java Version 1.2.3.
There is no Official release date comfirmed for TU12, or 1.2.3, so don't get your hopes up. Unless, it is confirmed by 4Jstudios themselves.

I am back again, I am very sorry for not posting in a month, but I am back now to update you all about the latest Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition News. Lately, 4J has been updating us on the next update, which is Tu9, or Title Update 9. As you all know, TU9 features the Enderdragon, along with "The End". And it also features some bug fixes.
They have also tweeted, that Spawn Eggs can be shot out of a dispenser to spawn mobs. :D
That will be good for making more creations, such as Mob Arena's, which I would love to make!
They are also working on Texture Packs, meaning Texture Packs will be coming to the Xbox 360 Edition soon. Maybe not in this update, but in the next. ;)
They also have some other features coming, too! Such as item frames.
As you can see, they are a couple new things being brought into TU9, such as Sandstone Stairs, item frames, fire charges, The End, and Spawn Eggs. And a couple other things, ;).
Also, they added a new option in TU9, which is the ability to be shown up on the map or not, it is called "Animated Character UI Display".
Also in TU9, Sheep will re-grow there wool, which is cool I guess, even though I kinda thought Sheep did re-grow there wool, but whatever.
Now in TU9, you can shoot Lava and Water out of Dispensers, not Water/Lava inside a bucket, but actual Lava/Water.
A couple days later, 4JStudios released another Screenshot of the End, which showed the Enderdragon, using an Attack called "Ender Acid".
They have even changed the Gravel Texture, and added new types of Wooden Planks, along with new wooden plank slabs. They even added Wooden Buttons, which is pretty cool!
After this Picture, or screenshot, they haven't really talked about the update that much, they have been releasing screenshots of the new Skin Pack coming out real soon.
They have been talking about adding some Borderlands Skins. Along with a Well Dressed Creeper, and a few other ones. ;)
Also, if your a fan of Dragon Age, your in luck, they have decided to add some skins based on the game/Series Dragon Age.
A few days later, they released some information about 6 more skins, 3 based on the series Assassins Creed, 2 based on Gears of War, and a Ninja.

Here is the News we have been waiting for since Creative Mode Came out. Spawn Eggs have now been confirmed for TU9. Along with a few other things, such as "The End."
Also, with the Spawn Eggs being confirmed, Jungles and Ocelots will not be in TU9, I don't know why, so do not ask me. It is probably 1.2.3, will take too long. My guess is that biomes take a long time to Code, but that's just my guess.
Two Days ago, TU8 came out for Minecraft: X360, the update was just a Bug Fix update, nothing all that big. It fixed over 20+ bugs. If you would like to see the Full Bug list fix, Click here.
Anyways, lets talk about TU9, My guess is Title Update 9 will come out in a month or two. My guess is it will come out in mid-March. You guys may not know, but TU9 is just The End, meaning you can travel to the End, to kill the Dragon, nothing more, other than that. Maybe they might have a few other little things added in, but there is no way to tell just yet.
